Four and a half cups of flour.

How to prepare
Put sugar , salt, four cups of flour, and yeast in the mixer bowl, install the dough hook, and then run the mixer on a slow speed for several seconds until the ingredients are mixed.
Add thyme, oil, and yogurt, then knead the ingredients at medium speed for two minutes, then add water and knead until a soft and smooth dough is formed, and add the remaining amount of flour if the dough is soft.
Put the dough in an oiled dish, cover the dough with a piece of nylon and put it in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Bring a tray with a short edge and grease it with an abundant amount of oil, then put the dough in the tray and spread it with the tips of your fingers so that the bottom of the tray is covered.
Cover the pizza with a piece of nylon, leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size, then press on it with the tips of your fingers, and then distribute sumac, oil, and thyme.
Install the grid rack in the center of the oven, and heat the oven to a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius.

How to prepare
Prepare the dough by placing the flour, milk, baking powder, oil, salt and sugar in a plate and stir.

Three tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
Half a teaspoon of salt.

Favorite pizza dough (enough for one dish).
One cup of grilled or fried chicken pieces.
A cup of chopped mushrooms.
A cup of chopped fresh spinach leaves.
Two cups of grated mozzarella cheese.
How to prepare
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the garlic and sauté for one minute, until it changes color.
Add the cooking cream and stir in the pan for 15-20 minutes.

How to prepare
Tomato sauce preparation:

Forming the dough into a ball, placing it in an oiled mold, then covering it and leaving it until it is fermented for forty-five minutes, or until it doubles in size.
Spread the dough using a rolling pin on a surface sprinkled with a small amount of flour in the shape of a circle or rectangle, then put it in a tray sprinkled with flour and put it in the oven.
