  • 5 minced basil leaves.

  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic.

directions:
  1. Fry onions and tomatoes in olive oil and add salt to remove liquid. Add garlic and stir.
  2. Add tomato paste, soup powder, pepper and oregano. Stir and add water.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for about ten minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Take off the fire. You can grind the sauce or leave it as is. 
  6. Spread on pizza dough or serve over pasta.
